S&S Custom Iron Works hereby warrants to the original purchaser, for residential applications only, that all items are free from defects in material and workmanship.

 

The warranty runs for Two years, commencing upon the date of delivery and/or installation. This warranty does NOT include any services applied or prepared by third party vendors such as powder coatings, galvanizations, and any electronic or motorized components if applicable. S&S Custom Iron Works has the right to determine if the product is repairable or replaceable and does not include any labor for removal or replacement of the new product. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage, installation, modifications or alterations to the product, extreme temperatures, intentional damage, fire or water, acts of nature, harsh abrasive chemicals, accidental misuse, or normal wear and tear.

 

Railings are made of steel and/or industrial material which may vary in texture, color, or shape and exhibit subtle changes over time. These variations are considered natural and are not covered under the S&S Custom Iron Works warranty program.

 All warranty claims MUST be made via S&S Custom Iron Works customer service and must include pictures along with a detailed description of the defects. After S&S Custom Iron Works reviews the claim within a 72-hour period or three business days, they will, at their discretion, determine to repair or replace the defective product. S&S Custom Iron Works will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees if a valid claim is approved.
